| Grilled Bass and Cheese Rolls |

Ingredients: (Serves 2) - Ha Long
bass: 200g - Cheese:
50g - Spring onions:
10g - Seasoning, salt,
pepper, lemon, mustard, cooking oil and soya sauce
|

Preparation:
- Clean and slice the bass. Mix bass slices with pepper,
seasoning, mustard and cooking oil. Slice the cheese and cut the
spring onions into 3cm-long pieces. - Roll the bass slices
with cheese and spring onions and then grill over the charcoal or in
an oven for ten minutes until they become brown. - The dish is served with salt mixed with pepper
and lemon juice or soya sauce and basil.
