favourite amongst Vietnamese, this appetizing dish is sure to appeal to
most taste buds.

Ingredients: - Half fat and half lean pork meat:
500g
- Pickled
shrimp

Seasoning, green banana, ginger, star-fruit, basin, coriander and fresh
chilli
Preparation:
- Clean the pork
and place in a pot, covering it with seasoned water.
Boil until well done.
- Remove it from pot and slice into large thin
pieces. Place slices onto a large serving dish decorated with green
banana, ginger threads, star-fruit, basin and coriander and serve with
pickled shrimp. This dish can be substituted with a sauce made from “ruoi”
(clam worm paste) or tiny shrimp.

The dish is accompanied with rice and pickles.
