The
dish is an appetizer that has a tasty flavour.
|
Ingredients: (serves 3)
-
Prawns: 1kg -
Fried peanut and sesame, lotus
rootstock, carrot, coriander,
basil, lemon, seasoning and red
pepper. |

Preparation:
Clean and boil the
prawns, remove outer shell. - Slightly grind the fried peanut. Scald the lotus
rootstock. Slice the carrot and then scald them. Season with a dash
of salt. Slice the red pepper. - Mix the prawns with lotus rootstock, sliced carrot,
fried ground peanut, coriander, red pepper, seasoning and a dash of
lemon juice. Place the mixture on a large plate and decorate with
coriander. |
