Feature: The
festival, also called “Tet trong Trang” (the festival of waiting for moon), is
for the children. Around a fortnight before the festival, children are given
toys, such as star lamps, masks, small drums, moon cakes, etc. On full-moon day,
Lunar August 15, children usually display fruits and cakes, waiting for the moon
to rise in full, enjoying traditional lion and unicorn dances and other cultural
activities.
