Place: Nam Dinh City’s suburb

Feature:  Every year, the Cao Dai villagers hold a festival to commemorate Senior-Lieutenant General Tran Quang Khai (1240-1294) and Princess Phung Duong, who had the merit in founding the village. On the principal day of the festival- the Tran Quang Khai’s death anniversary, many rites are held solemnly. Besides, there are many folk games and cultural activities, such as singing, wrestling and rice-cooking-contest, etc.
