Export turnover from rubber reached 405 million USD, a 24% increase

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in the first four months of this year, the amount of exported rubber reached 169,000 tonnes, equivalent to 92.9% of the amount of the same period last year, but the turnover was 405 million USD, an increase of 24%. At present, Vietnam is the fourth largest rubber exporter in the world, after Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. Vietnam has exported rubber to 40 countries and territories, of them China is the largest importer (accounting for over 60% of the total amount), followed by Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan (China).
